The Staten Island vampires will see another day after FX has renewed What We Do in the Shadows for a third season.

The series is in the midst of the second season, with the finale set to air on June 10.

What We Do in the Shadows is based on the film of the same name by Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi, that documents the nightly exploits of vampire roommates Nandor The Relentless (Kayvan Novak), a great warrior and conqueror of the Ottoman Empire, British vampire Laszlo (Matt Berry), Nadja (Natasia Demetriou) who’s Laszlo’s lover, and Colin Robinson (Mark Proksch) as they make their way through the modern world of Staten Island with the help of their human familiar Guillermo (Harvey Guillén).

“We’re incredibly happy that critics and audiences are all in on ‘Shadows,’” said president of original programming for FX Entertainment, Nick Grad. “Week in and week out, the producers, writers and our amazing cast continue to make one of the funniest and best comedy series on TV.”
