The Morning Show will soon be heading into its fourth season, and its cast is getting more impressive by the day. William Jackson Harper, the Emmy-nominated star of The Good Place, is the latest addition to the cast of the show’s fourth season.

The Morning Show is set in the cutthroat world of morning news, and it centers on the trials and tribulations of the people who help America wake up every morning. It chronicles the rise and fall of the fictional UBA network, and the Season 3 finale ended on a cliffhanger, with UBA bosses planning to merge with another media company to keep the network afloat.

Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston lead the star-studded cast of this series, which also includes Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, and Greta Lee. Oscar winners Marion Cotillard and Jeremy Irons will join them in Season 4, along with William Jackson Harper.

Harper has been cast in the role of Ben, described as the network’s self-assured and innovative head of sports. He rose to prominence with the role in The Good Place, which earned him an Emmy nod for best supporting actor in a comedy series. He went on to star in the TV series The Underground Railroad, The Resort, Love Life, and A Main in Full, in addition to earning a Tony nomination for Uncle Vanya.
